MeridianLink will never ask you for your password. If we need it for troubleshooting purpose, we refer you to a specialist that will have access to your account information. Please do not share or release your password to anyone. For protection of your password, never save it on your computer because your computer can potentially be hacked into or stolen.

MeridianLink does not resell or share with other companies or entities any personal identifying, corporate identifying, or demographic information gained through this process in any way, except by our characterizations of types of companies or participants in the aggregate. MeridianLink does use this demographic and contact information for its own, internal communications and marketing efforts unless you specifically choose otherwise.

We do not sell or share email addresses or any other information with third parties. E-mail addresses and other volunteered information are kept confidential.

Data Collection

As a mean to monitor system activities for malicious act, MeridianLink logs on its systems all the activities performed on the system and will periodically check the log files for irregularities. This measure will help with early detection of illegal activities and possible equipment failure. The logged data will also be analyzed on how we can upgrade our system to better service you. When used in the course of scientific or research purposes, all reasonable identifying information is removed.

Security

Security is a MeridianLink forte and we take great pride in the trust you have placed in us to safeguard your data. As an extra precaution to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control, MeridianLink is audited by an independent 3rd party annually. Users, however, are responsible for the safekeeping of their own login/password and for any misuse of such information.
